Refund
Once an order is processed and payment has been made, any sale captured is final and cannot be reversed. Return or refund can only be initiated should the item be found defective. Proper documentation and proof must be submitted in support of this claim. This is in accordance with Republic Act No. 7394 or the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
In an event of a "Change of Mind" return, the buyer should comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. The item must be returned UNUSED and in COMPLETE state.
2. Customer will carry all shipping fees shipping to our warehouse.
3. We will refund the net pay amount (less commission fees + promo fees + payment processing fee)
3. We issue a 10% restocking fee based on the item SRP. (Per item)
4. Refund will be issued via cheque and should be named to the one who ordered.
Replacement Policy
Before contacting us for a replacement of a defective product, please review our product warranty qualifications below:
1.The customer must ship the defective item back to OBJECT DEPOT and provide the waybill/tracking number.
2.Once the returned item has been verified, OBJECT DEPOT will ship the replacement item and provide the waybill/tracking number.
3.OBJECT DEPOT warrants products against defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for a specific period starting from the original date of purchase.
